   3 Elopher aims to provide a full-featured gopher client for GNU Emacs.
   4 It currently supports:
   5 - simple keyboard and mouse-driven browsing,
   6 - caching of visited sites,
   7 - clean and configurable visualization of Gopher directories,
   8 - direct visualisation of image files.

  10 Much of Elopher is still under development.  Planned features include:
  11 - optional in-line rendering of image links in directories,
  12 - clickable web and gopher links in plain text,
  13 - better use of standard faces for compatibility different colour schemes,
  14 - support for multiple Elopher buffers.
