   4 An extremely rudimentary (GNU Emacs) IRC client whose main
   5 distinguishing "feature" is that it displays all messages in a single
   6 buffer.  Of course, the difficult part is in trying to ensure that the
   7 result remains vaguely readable...

   9 This is extremely preliminary work, and is as yet more-or-less unusable
  10 by anyone besides the truly dedicated.
